Common questions

What is the daily cutoff?

Each merchant sets a cutoff, for example 18:00. Orders collect in your queue until then and you submit packed orders in one batch.

How do I hand over packages?

Drop them yourself, send an employee, or use an external courier. The handoff is recorded when the hub scans them.

How do drivers get paid?

Each route offer shows projected earnings before you accept. Payout terms are confirmed during onboarding.

Is same-day delivery available?

Not yet. We start with predictable next-day and 2-day delivery. Express and Same-day are planned.

Do drivers see customer addresses?

They see a delivery zone first. The exact address shows only at the active stop.
